Important Office Information

Riverside Psychiatric and Counseling Associates provide a 24-hour answering service that is available in the case of an emergency.

A $25.00 fee will be charged for any missed appointment or late cancellation with a psychiatrist. A $50.00 fee will be charged for any missed appointment or late cancellation with a therapist. We request a 24-hour notice for all cancellations. Receptionists accept calls from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Please allow one week for completion of all forms (disability papers, FMLA papers, return-to-work correspondence, etc.). Disability paperwork may require a scheduled visit. A $25.00 processing fee is charged for all paperwork and payment is expected at time of completion.

Riverside Psychiatric and Counseling Associates accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover, Cash or Personal Check.

Please download and fill out our Welcome Packet and Depression Scale and bring them to your appointment.
